If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Inspect Your Haul
Upon delivery, please check your tinned fish for any signs of shipping damage such as deep dents or leaks.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the specific product batch code found on the bottom of the tin.

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a claim.
Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
